   We have introduced advanced more than 60 units of equipment from home and abroad, including Toshiba injection module machines from Japan, 1out of 10 bottle blowing machines,fully-automatic capping machines, pressing cap equipment, All equipment installations and layouts are very reasonable and standardized,which can effectively avoid the risk of goods'messing up.All the production processes are carried out in grade D clean areas, which can effectively ensure the hygienic property.

4.PVC Workshop:

      Our 3 PVC film producing lines with 6 rolls have been equiped with vision systems, 60tons can be finished per day and 1800tons can be finished within a month,which ensures powerful supply ability and 100% qualified rate .

Laboratory:

 Most of the inspection machines with high test capacityhave been imported from abroad and most of our inspectors have been educated well, which can ensure our self-inspection ability to reach 100%.
